What is the blood sugar level?

The blood sugar level is a unit of measure that indicates the amount of glucose, which is dissolved in the blood. This is expressed in millimoles per liter, or mmol / l. 10 tips to keep your blood sugar stable

After the things I wrote above it is therefore of great importance to keep your blood sugar under control. To avoid as much as possible the peaks and valleys is the big goal. I propose ten practical tips you here how you can achieve this:

1) Avoid fast carbs

As much as possible, avoid food with fast carbohydrates. Think potatoes, bread, white pasta or white rice for example. The power supply with the fastest carbohydrate is natural sugar itself.
